Family Landman
A R Graves, Jason's Grandfather, moves to Longview/Kilgore and starts the Wingert family in the oil & gas royalty business that expands over 3 states and continues to produce today.
Pony Up!
Warren Wingert, Jason's Father, from Illinois & Adalaide Graves, Jason's Mother, from Longview, TX both begin undergrad at SMU.
The Legacy Begins
Warren Wingert gets real estate license and begins work at the Harold Cullum Company
The First Wingert in CRE
Warren S Wingert started his own independent real estate brokerage. Buys First Real Estate Holding 20 AC Tract on the NEC of North Plano Road & Campbell Road in Richardson.
Turley Law Center
Warren Wingert opens his first office at 6440 N Central Expy which he had for 45 years.
Next Generation
Warren and Adalaide inherited the Oil and Gas royalties which begins a couple decades of oil and gas investing

Signed the lease to Wingert's first office space at 3303 Lee

Opened first office with Ivonne Zambrano, Saadia Sheikh, and Austin Busse.

Wingert continues to grow with newly graduated SMU talent including, Trapper Graff, Travis Lawrie, Jay Neikirk, Greg Aspell, Scott Ogilvie, and Gordon Kellerman

A Message From Jason Wingert.
As August ends and Wingert Real Estate’s anniversary month comes to a close, as president and founder of the company, I wanted to take the time to reflect on the history of Wingert. To be here today and witness the growth and incredible success that Wingert has achieved in the last 11 years feels surreal. When founding the company in 2011, I started with only an idea to create a different kind of real estate brokerage and a dream of what the company could be.
While uncertain about exactly how to start the company, I knew I could begin by getting the word out, leading me to the Katy Trail with water bottles and business cards. Although founded with a commercial focus, the company stumbled into residential in the beginning stages, and it helped form the roots to get the momentum going.
The beginning years were rough and chaotic, but they were also fun. Together with Ivonne Zambrano and our group of new SMU graduates, we set out to go full force during the first four years to get recognition. We hosted events at Katy Trail Ice House with 200-250 people and went to every festival that would have us with Wingert swag; if it helped get the company recognized, you would find the company there.
Thankfully our fake it until you make it approach in the beginning ultimately paid off. Slowly but surely, Wingert started to attract experienced professional agents that would allow my commercial division dreams to begin to flourish. As we continued to grow our roster with incredible talent, it was clear that Wingert Real Estate was onto something special. As a company, we have spent the last few years focusing on internal growth to strengthen our foundation through our vision, purpose, and core values. Doing this has proven to be essential in envisioning the future of Wingert and allowing us to dream about the endless possibilities ahead of us.
It is nice to stop and reflect on the journey and the people along the way that helped Wingert Real Estate succeed beyond my initial dream. To each and every person who has supported Wingert along this wild journey to today, thank you from the bottom of my heart. You have allowed me to realize my true passion for leading Wingert Real Estate and finding talent, fostering their success, and leading them to create a career that is impactful and meaningful.
I count myself lucky to not only be surrounded by talented and driven agents but also by the community that has formed around Wingert. I look forward to another decade-plus of friendship and successes with yall.
