About First Tuesdays.

Since founding Wingert Real Estate in 2012, Jason Wingert has consistently hosted events. From events at listings to industry events to golf tournaments, Wingert was constantly hosting something, somewhere. After 7 years, hosting became a daunting task to tackle, so Jason decided to host a small, intimate happy hour for his network.

First Tuesdays Happy Hour began in 2018 at the Campbell Center DoubleTree Bar and flourished, with 25-50 people regularly in attendance for two years, until the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020. Fast forward to 2022, and people started asking Jason constantly when the Happy Hour would return. This feedback and apparent need made him realize the event’s impact.

First Tuesdays officially returned March 7, 2023, at Perry’s Steakhouse in Klyde Warren Park. Now, instead of being centered around Jason’s network, First Tuesdays is a connection-based networking Happy Hour for DFW. The goal is to create a trusted network around First Tuesdays, making it the ultimate Happy Hour for the everyday CRE professional. Through the support of Wingert staff executing organization and systems to streamline invitations, the event has soared into a true DFW Commercial Real Estate Industry Event.

Connecting people is one of Jason’s true passions, so when you arrive, be ready to connect! Think of it as Speed Networking, continually getting out of your comfort zone and meeting new people. When you arrive, find Jason; he will quickly connect with you and get you linked to people who will change your life throughout the entire night.

The impact has only just begun; the event has grown from 20 to 50 people to regularly over 200 people. We hope to see you at the next one, so you can feel the same enrichment and connectivity to fellow CRE Professionals.


