Biography

Jason started his illustrious real estate career in the office division of Colliers International | Dallas-Fort Worth. There, he honed his skills and expertise under the guidance of Mary Stoner Yost and David Glascock. With Mary Stoner Yost, Jason mastered the far north Dallas office market, juggling existing tenant representation and pursuing new relationships with over 5,000 clients. Working for David Glascock, Jason managed his portfolio of listings, ranging from office and land to multifamily and industrial. Jason set up listings, managed prospect follow-up, due diligence, and the sale of the extensive portfolio
.
Following his successful tenure at Colliers, Jason decided to create his mark on the DFW real estate market by founding Wingert Real Estate Company in August 2011. As a native of Dallas, Jason understands the value of fostering and maintaining relationships. He decided to center Wingert Real Estate around the relationships with owners, landlords, tenants, and potential clients. With his distinct marketing-focused approach, Jason promptly set Wingert Real Estate apart from the competition. Jason quickly grew the company and attracted top talent to join the brokerage, propelling it year over year.

After 14 years of success as president of Wingert Real Estate Company, Jason has no plans of slowing down. He is dedicated to continuing the success by expanding into a full-service brokerage, discovering and developing more talent, and launching Wingert Real Estate into even more markets.
