Kimberly Lloyd serves as the VP of the Retail/Restaurant Division at Wingert Real Estate, specializing in Tenant Representation. Kimberly brings 25 years of Supply Chain Management experience and Business Acumen acquired at General Motors to her position at Wingert. She has over seven years of Restaurant, Retail & Industrial Commercial Real Estate experience in Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas.

During her tenure at General Motors, her responsibilities included supervising warehouse facilities, evaluating manufacturing and industrial logistic sites, and skillfully leveraging her business sense and commercial savvy in multiple lease negotiations to achieve favorable outcomes.
